I’m Lori Barrett, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience. I was drawn to this work because medically based foot care is vital to staying active and aging well, yet there is a significant gap in access to this kind of specialized care.
I offer dedicated in-home footcare throughout Boston's North Shore area, delivering professional medical treatment in a secure, sanitary, and familiar setting. This mobile service eliminates travel burdens while maintaining the highest clinical standards. I'm AFCNA certified meaning I have demonstrated specialized knowledge and rigorous competency in routine foot and nail care beyond standard nursing education.

Lower Extremity Assessment
A thorough lower extremity assessment that includes checking circulation and vascular health, skin integrity, sensation, and nail condition, with special attention to diabetes-related risks to help prevent wounds and complications.
Corn and Callus Management
Professional corn and callus care that includes safely reducing or removing thickened skin and recommending pads or coverings to offload pressure, improve comfort, and help prevent future problem areas.
Nail Trimming and Reduction
Careful, professional nail trimming to help prevent ingrown nails, address nail fungus, and monitor for other nail or skin issues so your feet stay as healthy and comfortable as possible.
